Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product material and manufacturing process. For custom silicone products or art toys, the MOQ typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 pieces to ensure the unit cost remains competitive after tooling expenses.

2. Do I need a 3D CAD file to get a quote?
Not necessarily! While having a 3D file (STEP, IGES, STL) speeds up the process, our in-house engineering team can create professional 3D models from your 2D sketches, technical drawings, or even reference photos.

3. How long does the manufacturing process take?
A standard project timeline is divided into three phases:
• 3D Design & Prototyping: 5 to 10 Days
• Mold Making (Tooling): 15 to 25 Days
• Mass Production: 20 to 35 Days (depending on volume and complexity).

4. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Absolutely. We enforce a strict prototyping phase. We will send you a physical prototype (e.g., a 3D-printed white sample or a silicone color sample) for your final approval before we cut the steel molds for mass production.

5. How do you ensure product quality?
Quality Control (QC) is integrated into every step. We perform incoming material inspections, in-line assembly checks, and a final pre-shipment inspection based on AQL standards to ensure zero defects.
