At Silicare, we believe quality cannot be inspected into a product at the end of the line; it must be built into the process. We implement a rigorous, multi-stage Quality Control (QC) framework to ensure your custom products arrive entirely defect-free.

Our QA/QC Protocols Include:
• Incoming Quality Control (IQC): We thoroughly test all raw materials (such as liquid silicone, raw vinyl, and premium wax) before they enter the production line.

• In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Continuous monitoring during injection molding, painting, and assembly to catch and correct deviations in real-time.

• Final Quality Control (FQC) & AQL: Before packaging, our independent inspection team conducts rigorous pre-shipment checks based on Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards.

 We check for structural integrity, color accuracy, and packaging perfection.
